Celebration of Hope of Western Massachusetts, Inc. (“Celebration of Hope,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

We only collect the information you choose to give us:
- Contact form. If you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, and any phone number or details you include, so we can respond.
- Donations. Donations are processed by Givebutter, a third-party payment provider. Their form is embedded on our donate page, so when it loads, Givebutter receives your browser’s IP address and may set its own cookies. We do not collect or store your card or bank details on this website. Givebutter’s own privacy policy governs what it collects.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Some pages embed third-party content that may set cookies of its own or receive your browser’s IP address: the Givebutter donation form on the donate page, a Google Map on the event page, and YouTube video (which loads only after you click play). Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those fonts.
How we use your information
- To reply to your message and follow up with you.
- To coordinate volunteering, partnership, or support requests.
- To process a donation and send a receipt or acknowledgment.
- To send updates only if you ask us to.
How we share information

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
